Francine Capuzzo R.N., R.E., C.L.T.
Francine got her Nursing Degree from Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Medford, MA and Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1980. She was a Staff Registered Nurse at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA for 20 years. Her area of expertise is Vascular Nursing. She left the hospital in 2004 to work full time at Advanced Laser & Skin Center. Francine is a graduate of Eleanor Roberts School of Electrology and Newbury College. Her company opened in 1987 offering electrolysis and skin care, and expanded to offering medical aesthetic treatments in 1996. She is an expert in the field of laser technology including Laser Hair Removal, Spider Vein Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Photofacials and Collagen Stimulation/Skin Tightening.

Kristin McGregor, L.E.
Kristin has worked in the Medical field since 1991. She is a Certified EMT and currently works for Action Ambulance Company. Also, included in Kristin's background includes training as a Surgical Technician for which she assisted in many Plastic Surgical cases. Kristin is a 2005 graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and is a State Licenced Esthetician. Kristin joined Advanced, Laser & Skin Center in 2005 and is the skin care expert in the office. She specializes in Anti-Aging Treatments, Skin Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels and Eyelash Extensions.

Deborah DeCologero, RE., C.L.T.
Deborah is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England and has been a Registered Electrologist since 2003. Deborah has been a practicing Electrologist in Lexington and North Reading locations since 2003. In 2006, Deborah completed her laser hair removal training and became Certified. She joined the staff of Advanced Laser & Skin Center in 2006 bringing her expertise in permanent hair removal. Deborah is certified in make-up application as well.
